Established in 2007 with the objective of becoming Turkey´s most modern metal processing factory, Esalba provides metal production and shaping services to sectors including automotive, white goods, built-in kitchen products and other various metal. The production facility, covering 18,000 m² of indoor space and 24,000 m² of open space, is equipped with CMM machining, tooling, pressing, roll forming lines, robotic welding, projection welding, friction welding, assembly line, paint shop, laboratories, and R&D center. Esalba, as a ´Solution Partner´ to leading brands both in the automotive and built-in appliance markets, continues to grow with new investments.

• 1942

  Started metal part and mold production in a 500 m² area in Istanbul.
  

• 1942-1972

  Carried out productions and assemblies for various items, including aluminum water bottle caps, metal rolls and lipstick holders, metal piggy banks for banks, mechanical parts for radios and parts for sewing machines.
  

• 1972-2002

  Entered the white goods industry with the production of diverse metal parts for button ornaments, along with the production of folder mechanisms, aluminum and sheet metal parts for televisions and satellite receiver chassis, as well as parts for speakers and amplifiers.
  

• 2002-2007

  Produced a wide variety of metal parts, especially for domestic and foreign brands in the white goods sector, with the establishment and automation of production lines.
  

• 2007

  Inaugurated under the name Esalba Metal Industry and Trade Inc. in a 16,000 m² area in Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone, with the goal to become Turkey`s most modern investment in metal part auxiliary industry.
  

• 2013

  Initiated investments for arc welding production, stove and chimney hood production, 630-ton press and robotic welding.
  

• 2017

  Invested in a 500-ton press. Established a certified and accredited R&D center.

  Accepted in the Turquality program.

• 2019

  Implemented robotized intermediate transfer in the hydraulic press line. Introduced automatic transportation (AGV) for in-factory transportation.
  

• 2020

  Established TRAGEN, the sub-brand of ESALBA.
  

• 2022

  Implemented servo-controlled projection welding line. Increased the indoor area from 16,000 m² to 18,000 m².
  

• 2023

  Expanded the production line. Increased the indoor area from 18,000 m² to 24,000 m².
